Arisekai.store is a dropshipping-based platform. We work with global suppliers to deliver products directly from their warehouses to our customers.
As we do not manufacture, store, or physically handle the products ourselves, our return and exchange policies are limited to cases where there is a genuine issue such as product damage or incorrect delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a strict NO RETURN policy for products that are delivered in perfect and undamaged condition.
Since each item is shipped directly from our partner suppliers, returns are accepted only in specific cases such as:
- Product received in damaged or defective condition
- Product received is incorrect or significantly different from the description
If your order meets these criteria, you must raise a return or exchange request within 48 working hours of receiving the product.
Proof of Damage or Error
To process a return or exchange for a damaged or incorrect product, you must provide a clear 360° unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel.
This video should show the condition of the package before and during unboxing. Without this proof, we cannot accept any claims for damage, missing items, or wrong products.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- All tags, labels, and seals must be intact
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
We do not offer cash or credit/debit card refunds.
Approved returns or exchanges will be compensated in the form of a gift card or coupon that can be used on future purchases from Arisekai.store.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@arisekai.store with the following details:
- Your order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Unboxing video and photos of the item
If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product to the supplier.
The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Personalized, made-to-order, or hygiene-sensitive products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
As Arisekai.store operates through third-party suppliers, we do not process monetary refunds.
In cases where a return or exchange is approved, customers will receive a gift card or coupon equal to the value of the product, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
Refunds (in the form of store credit) will only be issued once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Colour, Size, and Product Variations
Due to differences in device screens and supplier photography, actual product colours may vary slightly from what is displayed online.
Such variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
As many of our products are handcrafted, custom-made, or supplier-produced in small batches, slight differences in finish, pattern, or minor imperfections are considered normal and not defects.
